CASTLEFRANK SDU

We took a semi-detached raised bungalow, and converted the basement into a legal apartment. Since this was a raised bungalow the windows in the basement are already quite large and provide a ton of natural light. In this one, we did have a requirement to add an additional window due to the floor plan and room layout. There is one single entrance which leads to the upper and lower units, each unit has it's own entrance inside the main entrance.

This was held as a rental but has since been sold and is no longer under our management.
