Dakota and Jeff purchased this property as their first investment project with the intent of living on the main floor and converting the basement into a legal apartment (Secondary Dwelling Unit). The property has a separate entrance at the rear of property which leads directly into the basement which is perfect for an SDU. There was a requirement to install a very large window in the basement due to the floor plan layout, which created a secondary egress, and brings a ton of natural light into the basement.
